AFFIRM Mental Health’s mission is to provide affirming and transformative services that have broad reach in improving the quality of care of mental health treatment.
We provide evidence-based psychotherapies for depression, anxiety, perinatal mood disorder and trauma-related conditions for adults in Arizona and New York, with an emphasis on providing personalized and compassionate care.
We recognize the need for mental health assessment to access other supports and medical treatment, which is why we offer evaluations and letters of support for emotional support animals, bariatric surgery and gender affirming medical treatment including HRT, electrolysis, and surgical interventions.

We offer timely self-study courses, live instruction, digital behavioral
health resources and expert consultation to licensed mental health professionals and institutions that are struggling to meet the challenges of today’s overburdened mental health system.
Services
All patient services are conducted via video telehealth for convenience.
Individual Psychotherapy
We provide evidence-based, trauma informed care for residents of New York and Arizona including psychodynamic psychotherapy, IPT, ACT and CBT. We are committed to providing LGBTQIA affirming care.

We provide evaluations and letters of support for gender affirming medical care, bariatric surgery, and emotional support animals.
