AFFIRM Reads Book Club

• Follow the steps to access a live virtual workshop above (up until the ‘Get Tickets’ step.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page where Add-Ons are listed.
• Click the + button to add to your ticket.
• As an AFFIRM Academy member, you should not have to enter any credit card information into Eventbrite. If it requires you to enter this information, please email: lyndyg@affirmmental.com for assistance.
• Click on the ‘Check Out’ button at the bottom of the Order Summary page.
• Enter your name and email address into the required fields. Click ‘Register.’
• You are registered for the workshop! You will receive the Zoom link for the live workshop the day before and the morning of the workshop via email from: lyndyg@affirmmentalhealth.com. 24 hours before the workshop, the Attendee Event Page will be enabled on Eventbrite, and you will have the option to access the Zoom link through this page as well.

Self-Study Library:

AFFIRM Reads (Book-Based CE Courses)
AFFIRM Reads courses can also be found in your My Library. These self-study offerings pair a designated book with a required posttest and evaluation to earn CE credit.

To complete an AFFIRM Reads course:

• Log into your AFFIRM Academy Library here
• AFFIRM Reads Book Club selections will be titled: AFFIRM Reads Book Club: TITLE
• Obtain the book independently (via your local library, library app, or purchase)
• Complete the required reading before taking the posttest
• Submit the posttest and evaluation to receive your CE certificate

The Affirming Minds Podcast:

Listen to The Affiming Minds Podcast on all Major Podcast platforms or by logging into your member portal

• Log into your AFFIRM Academy Library here.
• Click on ‘My Library’ in the upper right corner of the page.
• Click on the course ‘The Affirming Minds Podcast for Affirm Academy Members
• Select the episode you would like to listen to or have listened to.
• In the show notes, you will find a link to the detailed course information as well as the posttest/course evaluation to complete for CE credits. Your certificate of completion should be emailed to you within minutes of completing the posttest/evaluation with a score of 80% on the posttest. If you do not receive it within an hour, please email: lyndyg@affirmmentalhealth.com.

Eligibility for Refunds

Participants are eligible for a full refund if:

• The request is made within 14 days of purchase, and
• No CE credits have been issued

Refunds cannot be issued once CE credits have been awarded.

1. Log into your AFFIRM Academy Library
2. Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner
3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
4. Navigate to the Active Subscriptions section
5. Click the three dots and select Cancel this subscription
