How to Access Your Resources
Live Virtual Workshops:
- Log into your AFFIRM Academy Library here.
- Click on ‘My Library’ in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on the course ‘AFFIRM Academy: Live Course Details.’
- Click on the live workshop you would like to register for.
- Scroll to find the link: [MONTH] ACCESS CODE. This link will take you to Eventbrite to register.
- In Eventbrite, click on the ‘Get Tickets’.
- As an AFFIRM Academy member, you should not have to enter any credit card information into Eventbrite. If it requires you to enter this information, please email: lyndyg@affirmmentalhealth.com for assistance.
- Click on the ‘Check out’ button at the bottom of the Order Summary page.
- Enter your name and email address into the required fields. Click ‘Register.’
- You are registered for the workshop! You will receive the Zoom link for the live workshop the day before and the morning of the workshop via email from: lyndyg@affirmmentalhealth.com. 24 hours before the workshop, the Attendee
- Event Page will be enabled on Eventbrite, and you will have the option to access the Zoom link through this page as well.
Self-Study Library:
- Log into your AFFIRM Academy Library here.
- Click on ‘My Library’ in the upper right corner of the page.
- Scroll through the available course list to find the course you would like to access.
- Click on the course you would like to access
The Affirming Minds Podcast:
Listen to The Affiming Minds Podcast on all Major Podcast platforms or by logging into your member portal
- Log into your AFFIRM Academy Library here.
- To get access your certificate for listening to the podcast
- Click on ‘My Library’ in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on the course ‘The Affirming Minds Podcast for Affirm Academy Members
- Select the episode you would like to listen to or have listened to.
- In the show notes, you will find a link to the detailed course information as well as the posttest/course evaluation to complete for CE credits. Your certificate of completion should be emailed to you within minutes of completing the posttest/evaluation with a score of 80% on the posttest. If you do not receive it within an hour, please email: lyndyg@affirmmentalhealth.com.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Participants are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of purchase, and no CE credits have been issued.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact Shaina Siber-Sanderowitz at: shainsiberlcsw@affirmmentalhealth.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.

Cancelation policy: At AFFIRM Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences for all our participants. We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:
Log into your Affirm Academy Library here
Click on the photo/photo icon in the top right corner. This will display a drop-down menu. Click on ‘Settings.’
This will take you to the Account Information page. Click on the three dots in the ‘Active Subscriptions’ box.
Click on ‘Cancel this subscription.’
Note: At the end of the billing cycle, you will lose access to the portal and will not have access to live courses that you may have registered for outside of the last paid billing period.
Frequently Asked Questions
At the end of each course, you will complete a post-evaluation. For live courses, the post-evaluation will be emailed to you. For asynchronous learning, it will be available in the relevant course or pod course modules within the member portal.
If a post-test is required, you must score 80% or higher to receive your certificate. Certificates are issued within minutes of successfully completing the post-test. Multiple attempts are allowed.
